Are you looking to inspire and educate young men and women beyond the gridiron or court? Then we want YOU!
Code Red Athletics is looking for individuals whom have core principles in building athletes with passion, respect, dedication, and leadership than just coaching. As a team, we will ensure you have all the materials needed and provide additional training for our Code Red Athletic leagues.
To get started, please complete the Coach application by filling in all required fields. This form should take no longer than a few minutes to complete. Once completed, click “submit”. Upon reviewing you qualifications, we will then contact you to discuss the coaching opportunities and ask you to complete a Background Check. Once that is completed, you should be ready to be a Code Red Athletic coach helping to inspire our athletes to be the best version of themselves.
Officials/Referees
​This is a hands-on role responsible for game administration per sport. Sports include flag football and basketball. Code Red currently offers youth sports leagues, camps and clinics for boys and girls ages 3-14 in today's most popular sports such as flag football, basketball. Code Red is reinventing the youth sports industry, which emphasizes fun, safety and convenience as well as teaching the game and essential fundamentals to kids in an exciting way.
About the Job:
As an official you will not only serve as the enforcer of the rules, but will be a culture cultivator, an impartial on-field coach, and an advocate for the programs. Code Red referees will be high energy, fun, reliable and service-oriented people to officiate, flag football, basketball games. All games are on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. Possibly also one day of the week to help train and teach the kids.
Previous experience is a plus but not required. Here are a list of Requirements:
1. Enjoy working with kids
2. Clean Background Check
3. Reliable transportation to and from games and training
4. Be confident and capable of dealing with parents. This includes upholding the rules, and even teaching them the game.
Volunteers
Volunteers are always welcome and needed. No matter whatever talents, skills or time you have, we can use it!
Volunteering gives you the opportunity to spend quality time with our children and build a bond with them on common ground, and shared interests and goals.
What Can I Volunteer to Do?
No experience is needed! The best volunteers are those who bring support and enjoyment to the game simply by assisting. Most of these opportunities require little or no training and we will provide you with any essential training if it is necessary. You will be helping reinforce what our kids are trying to achieve by being apart of Code Red Athletics' team.

*Note - On rare occasions, through administrators and/or background checks some individuals may be denied the privilege of volunteering for reasons, past or present, that may be detrimental to the positive development of our youth, other volunteers, and/or the Code Red Athletics League. When you apply to become a volunteer, you give the Code Red Athletics organization the right to conduct necessary background checks.
