Coach Victor Bennett, the founder of Code Red Athletics, is a dedicated, enthusiastic and dynamic coach. Through his coaching, he instills a life long love for community through positive social and academic interactions. His strong record of fostering connective relationships with students, parents, and the community to achieve holistic success on all levels on and off the field, ensures continuous growth that focuses on student’s strengths and developing opportunities. For Coach Bennett, Code Red is a program that helps instill qualities to prepare kids for success beyond athletics.

Coach Bennett matriculated at Texas A&M -Commerce earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Performance. With this knowledge he combines a broad science background with health and wellness to assist individuals either in sports or personal health goals. While in attendance at A&M, he was a star athlete playing Wide Receiver for their football program. Coach Bennett recognized the impact that sports and nurturing young athletes had, which prompted him to begin his career in education working with at-risk youth. He continues this same passion working with Junior high & high school athletes with an experience of coaching over 20+ all district football players, and over 20+ Regional Qualifiers in track. He also has trained and mentored 15+ all district volleyball, baseball, and basketball players. More than 40% of the athletes he trained went on to play football, run track or play sports at the collegiate level with athletic scholarships.
