Training Sessions 

Health and Wellness training is another core component of Code Red Athletics. Our team loves coaching & training not only for their own progress, but to have an equal love for sharing the experience & growth by investing in others to help them find their passion & strength.

 

Once you’ve partnered with Code Red, we will work together to determine your goals and unique needs. We will do an assessment of your current fitness level and personalize a timeline based on the combination of goals, needs and the assessment. A Code Red Trainer will then work directly with you on tapping into your strengths, overcoming your weaknesses and help you get the results you are looking for.

Personal Athletic Strength and Movement Training Sessions

Are you looking to improve your child’s skills or even help develop the fundamentals? Maybe your child attended one of our amazing Code Red Leagues and want to invest in more individual development? You are in great hands with our Code Red! 

Code Red’s skilled and passionate coaches are dedicated to growing athletes! Our goal is to build confidence through self-awareness and knowledge leaving our athletes mentally and physically stronger!

 

Our coaches have been coaching and training athletes for over 20+ years and have worked with all ages. They are currently training kids from Intermediate, Jr High, AAU, High School Football, Track and Basketball.

 

Our mission is to identify the athlete’s weakness, assess the weakness, develop self-awareness to improve problem areas and help build muscle memory to build an overall stronger and improved athlete.

Basketball

In Basketball training we focus on ball handling, proper shooting form, free-throw shot, 3 point shot, jump shot, left hand and right hand layups, footwork, passing, spacing on the court, working to get open, post moves, recognizing game patterns, live situational work, offensive and defensive principals along with fundamental basketball concepts.

 

Football

For Football training we focus on body positioning, ball handling, patterns, progress, lateral movement, catching, grip, footwork and throwing motions. Other areas of focus are:

-body control

-hand/eye coordination

-conditioning

-explosion

-flexibility

-speed

-footwork

-lateral movement

Track and Field

We focus on the five bio motor abilities: strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, and balance/coordination. We train for hurdles, jumps, sprints, high jumps, running the curve, middle distance, and form.

Athletic Strength and Movement

We train in all areas of athletic movement and strength for sports like swimming, baseball, weightlifting, wrestling, volleyball ect. Athletic movements are driven not by power generated in just one specific area of the body, but by the combination of individual muscles producing power in a smooth & coordinated sequence. We focus on power-endurance and conditioning exercises to help make these movements second nature. We also use speed training to improve your rate of force which is how quickly you can use your strength. Power= Strength x Speed. With Athletic Movement Training from Code Red you will see a difference in your sports performance overall.
